The Run For A Child has teamed up with Care Community Center to eliminate child hunger in Northwest Arkansas. This is a serious issue that is right in our backyard. 1 in 4 children face food insecurity on a daily basis. These children need our help.


Individual Registration:

    Save time the morning of the event by picking up your packet early!
    When: September 6th from noon to 5:00pm
    Where: Pinnacle Hills Promenade Food Court
    Pickup your packet (includes goody bag, Tech Shirt, race bib, and timing chip) and if you haven’t register you can do it as well.



    Carb Up Pasta Dinner:

    Come load up on carbs before the race or have a night out with the family!
    When: September 6th from 5:30 to 8:00pm
    Where: Pinnacle Hills Promenade Food Court
    Purchase Extra Dinner Tickets at the Door

    Other Activities

    • Near the finish line of the race will be a FREE Family FunZone for children under 12 years of age. The Family FunZone will be open from 7:00am-10:00am on event day and will be filled with fun, free activities, and inflatables!
    • Runner or not, come join us for Free breakfast following the race. Everyone is welcome. First come, first serve.
    • Spirit Wear Shirt will be available for $15.

More Information

The Run for a Child’s Hunger 10K, 5K Run and 1 mile walk will be held at the Pinnacle Promenade Mall – Rogers, AR Exit 83 off I-49 September 7, 2015 (Labor Day). The 10K starts at 7:30am. The 5K and 1 mile walk start at 8:15am. The 10K course is a certified course for competitive runners. The 5k and 1 mile courses are for children and families to walk or run. Your entry fee includes 10K Run, 5K Run, 1 mile walk/run, food, beverages, goody bags, prizes, t-shirt, awards and fun for the entire family.

Sunday, September 6th from 12 noon – 5 pm
